The only thing I do not like about Brett Favre is that he doesn’t know when to retire

How does it feel packer fans that your own legacy is ruined. hahah, Favre will go down as Minnestoa Viking in the hall of fame. Looks like Packers wont get that 22 hall of famer. hahahaha Favre will continue to do good and Green Bay fans and players will continue wonder why ted thompson shoved his cock down every packer fan. Please stop making number 4 jersey and take his name down on that street, please, send it all over to st.paul. You don’t deserve Favre and Favre was to good for the Packers

This was Favre swan song. His official retirement before entry into Canton.
Unless……………………………………………..
His beloved Packers #1 divison rival welcomes him with the utmost respect, open arms and atleast five million dollars per year plus fringe benefits

December 6th, 2009 at 4:27 am
I am not laughing. I watched this the minute it happened.
There are very few Men like Favre. I am glad to be like him.

Sure whoever is watching this now is laughing but if you were in that conference room you would be dead silent.

Wow, seeing Brett cry in this is so sad. I’m so glad he came back to play with the Vikes…..it’s where he wanted to be. He was never ready to retire, Green Bay was just forcing him out. Look at him this year – he’s as happy as can be

Wake up moron! Brett Farvre is competing with the young QBs in there prime right now. He’s doing a pretty damn good job too.
December 10th, 2009 at 11:00 am
Thank you for coming back Favre. You’re a joy to watch! Good luck against the Saints.
December 13th, 2009 at 6:21 am
packers suck
December 13th, 2009 at 7:02 pm
Overrated QB is overrated. Brett is a nice guy and good QB don’t get me wrong, but he can’t compete with the young QBs in their prime right now.
WAKE UP! It’s not the 90s anymore
December 16th, 2009 at 7:38 am
Yes Brett is an NFL legend and one of the best ever, but people like Bart Starr who were 9-1 in the playoffs with 2 super bowls are qb’s i want. Brady, Montana, Bradshaw.. I’ll take each of these guys over favre in an instant in their primes.
December 19th, 2009 at 4:31 am
Haha people on here are dumb as fuck. Aaron Rodgers is not an average joe. He’s in the pro bowl. He won 11 games this year and made the playoffs in his second year starting and has a young team around him that has a lot of talent. I guarantee he wins a super bowl in his career. Won’t break records but will win a SB. Favre is a choke artist who should have won more SB’s and Packer fans should be happy he’s gone. Go look up his playoff numbers haha they suck.
December 20th, 2009 at 1:43 pm
Rodgers would never have existed without Favre
December 23rd, 2009 at 4:11 pm
The man just wants to play football, we (The Packers) screwed ourselves
December 24th, 2009 at 11:29 am
After the first two “playing” seasons in Favre’s career? 37 TDs, 37 INTs. After the first two “playing” seasons in Rodger’s career? 58 TDs, 20 INTs. Check your facts.
Am I saying that Rodgers will surpass Favre’s TD count? Not necessarily. I’m I saying that he’ll have a better career when all is said and done? Not necessarily. But I sure as heck like the fact that I have a young QB with so much potential in my team’s future. Let’s be brutally honest, Favre won’t last much longer.

GO vIKINGS MOTHAF)&)&^)^*)(
December 29th, 2009 at 12:00 am
dude ur right arron rodgers wont throw as many interceptions as brett but he sure as hell wont be around to even come close to throwing the most TD’s ! and he wont lead the packers to the superbowl either srry get off his nutts and stop hating ya and ur ”young and up-coming QB” isnt having even half the season as that 40-year-old man plz if u think arron rodgers is going to be great ur wrong he just an average joe
December 30th, 2009 at 12:23 pm
Learn to spell kid, and maybe lay off on the crack yourself. Then maybe I’d be willing to listen. And maybe the Vikes would beat the Packers in a rematch, that’s a possibility. They’re a well-rounded team, I’m not taking that away from them. But heck, I feel a lot better with a young up-and-coming quarterback than a 40-year-old. But you are right in one regard, I doubt A-Rodg will throw close to 1% of the interceptions that Favre did (often single-handedly losing games in the process).

Such a liar Brett, such a liar… Hey, least you’re pushing around another organization more. No regrets, I’ll stick with the Packer’s bandwagon through thick and thin. And you know what? I’m pretty comfortable riding Aaron Rodgers and the NFL’s youngest team into the playoffs. We’ll see who’s in better shape over the next decade – Us or the Vikes. I feel pretty good about our odds.
